Abstract

This research aims to determine whether Self-Efficacy, Labor Market Considerations, and Financial Rewards affect The Career Interests of Accounting Major Students as Tax Consultants at Balikpapan University. The Collecting data from this research by distributing questionnaires to respondents who filled in online. This research used a sample of 87 respondents processed using SPSS. The analysis technique in this research used multiple linear regression. This type of research is quantitative. This research indicated that self-efficacy and financial rewards affect the career interests of Accounting Major Students as tax consultants. Meanwhile, labor market consideration doesn’t affect the career interests of Accounting Major Students as tax consultants.
