PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN UKURAN DEWAN KOMISARIS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2018-2020

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of capital structure, company growth, and the board of commissioners on firm value in consumer goods industrial manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 to 2020. This study used 23 samples of companies from 53 populations taken with using a purpose sampling technique. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the analysis prove that 1. Capital structure has an effect on firm value, 2. Company growth has no effect on firm value. 3. Board of commissioners has an effect on firm value
